These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of rebbonisosystems.com (the “Site”), operated by Rebbon Isosystems Pvt. Ltd., Plot No. 875, First Floor, Sector-69, IMT Faridabad-121004, Haryana, India (“Rebbon”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is an informational and enquiry platform for our specialised door systems — hermetic, cleanroom, and radiation-shielded doors — and related engineering services. Content on the Site, including product descriptions, specifications, and application guidance, is provided for general information only.

Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, quotation, warranty, or engineering certification. Binding commercial terms (scope, price, timelines, warranties) are set exclusively in a written quotation or contract signed with Rebbon for your specific project.

Product images are representative and may show customised configurations; finishes, hardware, and dimensions are engineered per project.

Submitting an enquiry through our contact or customisation forms does not create a contract — it is a request for us to contact you. We respond at our discretion and may decline requirements outside our manufacturing scope.

Any prices, lead times, or specifications shared informally (including by Rebbon AI) are indicative only. Only a formal written quotation accepted in the manner stated in it is binding, and manufacture begins only after drawing/specification approval and agreed commercial terms.

You agree not to misuse the Site: no attempts to breach security, scrape content at abusive volumes, submit false or misleading project information, upload malicious code, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

You must not misrepresent your identity or authority (for example, submitting enquiries on behalf of another organisation without authorisation).

Rebbon AI provides automated, general information to help you explore our products. Its answers are generated by software, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and must not be treated as engineering advice, quotations, or guarantees of compliance with any standard (including AERB norms or cleanroom protocols).

Always confirm critical details — dimensions, shielding values, certifications, pricing — directly with our engineering team before relying on them.

Do not share sensitive personal, financial, or credential information in the chat window.

Brochures, datasheets, CAD/BIM files, and manuals (where provided) are for evaluating and integrating Rebbon products into your project only. They remain our intellectual property, may not be redistributed or used to manufacture competing products, and must be verified against the final approved drawings for your order, as designs evolve.

All Site content — text, photographs, drawings, the Rebbon name and ribbon mark, graphics, and layout — is owned by Rebbon or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for your own project evaluation; any other reproduction, modification, or commercial use requires our prior written permission.

The Site may reference third-party products, standards, or websites (for example, automation components or regulatory bodies). We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for it; your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Regulatory compliance of any installation depends on project-specific engineering, approvals, and execution, not on website content alone.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rebbon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site — including reliance on indicative specifications, chatbot answers, or downloadable content.

Our aggregate liability in connection with the Site shall not exceed INR 10,000. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Rebbon harmless against claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Faridabad, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to the Site, subject first to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

We may update these Terms as our services evolve; material changes take effect when posted with an updated date below. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
